We do get asked a lot of questions by our customers, so we decided to address our top 6 customer questions. Instead of you searching around on the website or calling our hotline for these answers, we’ve compiled them right here for you!

Our Top 6 Customer Questions

#1 – Do you offer free shipping?

The answer is YES we do! When your order totals $99 or more (which is easy to do once you see our awesome line-up of products) your standard shipping is completely free! However, we realize you won’t always spend over $99 so we also offer our budget standard shipping price for any order. We charge a low $9.95 to ship anywhere in the US and those orders usually ship out within 24 hours. Standard shipping usually arrives to you within 3-5 business days.  We will e-mail you once your order has shipped so you can track your package with UPS or FedEx.  Ground shipping for residents of Canada is $28.95. Canada orders must pay any additional duties or taxes at time of delivery.

#2 – Do you ship overnight?

That answer is also YES!  Express shipping charges are calculated in the checkout process based on product weights and dimensions after you enter your address. Express shipping prices are estimated by UPS and FedEx and may not always be accurate. ToySplash representatives will contact you if additional express shipping charges apply. Some products cannot be express shipped.

#3 – Where are you located?

Our office and warehouse are located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona – where pools are a welcomed relief from our summer heat!

#4 – Do you have any stores?

No, we do not. To keep our costs down and to be able to pass that savings on to our customers, we are an on-line store only.

#5 – Do you sell wholesale?

No, we do not sell wholesale. We are retail only.  We encourage anyone interested in a wholesale purchase to contact the manufacturer.

#6 – What is your warranty/return policy?

To initiate a return of merchandise you should call 800-998-6977 or email support@toysplash.com to receive an authorization. Once a return has been approved, you will receive a refund within 5 business days.

We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from ToySplash.com within 60 days of shipment date. Inflating items, putting toys in the water, opening parts or discarding the packing material are considered used merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned. We do not refund any shipping charges. Please mail returns to:

Defective returns:

Toysplash fully stands behind all our products. We will take care of any problems with merchandise that does not work as intended and work tirelessly until you are 100% satisfied. If the item you wish to return wont stay inflated or is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Handling this type of return will differ. Call or email ToySplash at support@toysplash.com before trying to return defective merchandise. Manufacturer defects found after the product has been used 30 days after purchase are directed to the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer will typically handle any problems for you directly.

Damaged returns:

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in route. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call our customer service line immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork. If you attempt to return the merchandise without speaking to ToySplash, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
