The Watermelon Breeze
Memorial weekend is just around the corner and I love having people over for a little party or barbecue. I found the perfect drink to serve at my Memorial Day Pool Party! The Watermelon Breeze is great for anyone – no alcohol in it, but if you want to give it a little kick, add some tequila or vodka.
We will be in our pool on Memorial weekend (remember, I live in a warm climate) enjoying our new pool floats and pool toys and I love having a drink right by my side when I am floating around – so looking forward to enjoying this particular liquid refreshment!
Our Thirsty Thursday feature is The Watermelon Breeze. This drink is a fresh, light and low cal summer beverage that is an easy breezy treat! All you need is a blender.
**Watermelon Breeze **

3 cups cubed chilled watermelon
1 cup coconut water
squeeze of fresh lime
Ice
Sprig of mint
Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
Makes two servings.
